Inside Sales Representative

Duties:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong math skills, particularly fractions, and ability to think on your feet
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment

Some lifting throughout the day of 20 to 50 pounds. Occassional lifting of up to 100 pounds.

Some forklift driving, purchasing, and inventory counting is involved with this position.
